Well I haven't been on here in far far to long but I wanted to say a few things!

1.Catching you up on the New Works Saga, the last week before we left for break were beyond what the normal person would call interesting they were great!!! We learned about the legend of the paper crane. This is a legend where a little girl was sick and her mother made a wish for her daughter to get better, and folded a thousand paper cranes with the wish written inside them. So we learned how to make cranes made a wish and hung 10 or so cranes each make 1000 cranes to hang by the cafeteria. The beauty of it all was amazing, just amazing!! :)(:

2.CHRISTMAS!!!! ha ha it was GREAT!!! I went to my great friend Summer's apartment and had a blast and an off at her party love you Summer!!! Then I made Christmas cookies, and tons of food after a great deal of shopping with my mom and the had a sweet party of our own! Well then we opened presents of cores! From my Mommykinz I got a Pitt. Steeler Snuiggie!! ha ha, some gel pens, a hoodie, a new coffee machine(this for all my family from my Grandma but I had to mention it!!!), from my Daddykinz+Connie (not opened same day) Garfield PJs a beautiful NM stile necklace and a Music video D.V.D., and last but sooo not least from my mom and Jose(Lobo) I got a new LAPTOP!!!!! OMG!!!  ha ha I needed one so bad and I am so greatfull! amazing! I can finally get my Youtube channel back up and running! YAY! After that we went to my Grandma's house and saw her for a day(Well me anyways) I ate TAMALES and so other Grandma food! Now I am at my Dad's hanging out Connie comes Thursday! :)(:

3. On a Yellowrays note I will be recreating a new channel this New Years :( It will still hopefully be called Yellworays :)(: but it needs to be done so it can be linked to my email and such and so it can have a fresh start! I have written to new pieces as well as ideas for non-violin videos. I will have a non-violin video up every week and a violin video up every other week or every month! :)(: 

4.On a New Years note I have written 25ish things I would like to do here they are
   1.Keep a journel/blog every day
   2.Learn an new word everyday both spanish and english
   3.Learn something new (besides word) everyday
   4.Take a picture of myself or something I did or just anything to document my year everyday
   5.Find the good in each, even the worst days
   6.make atleast 10 new real friends this year
   7.Pass 9th grade with all As
   8.Ride a horse!
   9.Go bunggie jumping or skydiving(haven't decided)
   10.go to six flags(never been)
   11..Keep a cleaner room
   12.learn at least 10 new recipes :)(:
   13.Increase vocal range/ability
   14.Go Camping!
   15.Earn  $100 for piggy bank
   16.Do some kind of exercise every day
   17.Grow a plant from the seed up!!
   18.Preform random acts of kindness
   19.Don't sleep past 10 as much as possible
   20.Watch less TV
   21.Upload 4+ Videos a month
   22.Finish All The Right Intentions(My novel),Published??
   23.Creat High School Memory Wall in room
   24.Give blood if possible
   25.Volunteer more! :)(:

Well I did these facts for a game on Face book at thought I would share them for those of you that want to know more about me!!! :)(:

1. Well first thing anyone should know about me is I would marry the color yellow if i could
2. I love to preform and I play the violin and act
3. No my hair is not naturally straight and no it is not naturally curly it is some where lost in between and I despise it so I straighten it or curl it YAY
4. I want to move to NYC and play for the NY Philharmonic (my biggest dream)
5. Pandora is God's gift to the world

7. I hate when I fail or disappoint!!! :(
8. I am writing a book write now and I hope that one day it is published
9. I wear makeup about 5 out of 7 days in the week because I like to add color to my outfit and day but if you see me without it don't freak out It is not necessary for me to always look perfect.
10. I LOVE CONVERSE! :)(:
11. I hate what I call autotuned sex aka autotuned music about nothing but sex with no musical attributes or real meaning!
12. I believe in god and Jesus though I haven't really read the bible or gone to church many times in my life. My real religious views besides that are that we should all love laugh simile dance sing and live life in peace forever in the hand of god.
13. I believe if you want to ask God a question all you need to do is listen to music for awhile and the answer will be in your hands.
14. I don't liked to be messed with but I don't get mad easily in fact it takes A LOT! to make me mad. I know that many people take advantage of that.
15. When I read books I literally get VERY into the books and wont shut up about it. The same for good movies.  
16. My room looks like a tornado hit it through out the week but on the weekends starting on Friday looks like a fairy blessed it.
17.  I love potatoes, cookies and cream ice cream, chili lime shrimp Ramon with cheese, Shrimp, Cheese Jalapenos Cheetos, Coffee and  Hershey Bars! :)(:
18. I Love it when it rains!!!! :)(:
19. Though it is not my major right now sometimes I like to act more than play my violin.
20. Well most people now this but I got to a preforming arts High School

Hello everyone I had a great Birthday thanks to everyone for the Birthday wishes!!! Now that that is said I would like to say that this Monday was superb!!! It was one of those days when everything goes your way and it rocked! I am working on a melody for Music Theory in a pentatonic scale (so easy)! this should be fun. Mr. Martinez said we are going to basically have a jam party next class can't wait! Also sight read so new things in Orchestra I hope take the second piece we went over it was fun and cool!! :)(:

C3-Nu-Works

So far I have learned so much about circles, cycles and change. Through out my physical cycle of rotating through teachers I have learned that one circle are everywhere! I MEAN EVERYWHERE!! :)(:  All you have to do is look around look. It is great isn't it! Circles have no end they are a continuing line. I like to think life is like a circle it never ends it keeps going and going in a cycle, and in that cycle are changes.

I have learned that change is a necessary to continue in your circular cycle. Change may be scary at first and you may not want to make the change at first but in the end you will never regret it change is because change is never negative but always positive!! :)

BTW concert!

Well this Thursday is my very first BTWHSPVA concert! in the Arts MAT soooo siked!!!! can't wait!! :)(:

Why is there art?

I saw this quote the other day and I truly believe in it it state "If a composer could say what he had to say in words he wouldn't bother trying to say it in music"-Gustav Mahler 

I believe this quote goes for all art. If any artist could really show or say what they need to say or do, why would they make art. As an artist I believe it is truly impossible to tell the story you need to with out art and creativity.

Let's say your parents got divorced and you felt as if you were being tugged in several different directions. If you were to just tell someone "I feel lie I am being tugged in several different directions." it would not have the same effect and be as deep and real as if you were to paint a picture of you being garbed and pulled by many different arms ripping away peace after peace of your body taking you away leaving you empty.

This is why art exist to tell a story unable to be told in words.

Finished with Nu-works 10 by 10

I worked extremely hard on my Nu-works 10 by 10 getting all the pictures together and cutting/editing my background music aka Green Vally by none other than me!! :) I had a ton of fun making it and can't wait to show it off! I wish I was the one editing the SPACE project too! :)

Music Theory

OK so I finished my music theory Home Work we had to write a 8-10 bar melody in any major scale on the circle of fifths (So Easy) LOL it was fun though and I can't wait to show it off!! :D 

FOUND NEW WORKS!

So happy I finally found the darn new works blog! I wish they would have just made something easy like Facebook. Blogger is user friendly and really makes  since. But I don't really like it. I'll give it a shot like an arranged marriage, it's not who I fell in love with but I was forced into it and have to grow to love it!
